I became interested in astronomy and planetary science about 18 years ago. I found the members of WYAS to be very supportive but the more I found out the more I wanted to know. I have now completed a BSc degree in astrophysics and planetary science with the Open University and, despite the hard work and exams, enjoyed every minute of it.
