I've been interested in space since I was three and interested in astronomy when my dad bought me a 60mm Prinze optics refractor. Several nights later I found Saturn and I was hooked. Later in life I bought an 8" newtonian from Bedford Astronomical Supplies which did everything I wanted. I then got "aperture fever" and bought a 10". Although its a fine scope its not easy to set up and the light grasp washes out the background from where I live making faint objects dificult. Just goes to show "size isn't everything!"
